The Virtuality Continuum is a concept that views experiences on a continuous scale between the completely virtual and the completely real. As AR/VR technology permeates our devices, designers must understand how to leverage this concept as they create next generation experiences.
In this session we will ask:
1) What new experiences could the Virtuality Continuum create?
2) How might current experiences be improved because of trans-reality thinking?
3) What social and technological impact does the Virtuality Continuum pose for future users?
4) What design principles should we consider for creating content and moving people seamlessly through trans-reality experiences?
