After your order is processed you will get your digital congress ticket via mail.
Yes, if the cancellation is no later than two weeks before the congress and received by youspi Consulting GmbH. In case of cancellation a fee of € 50, – plus 20 % VAT per person will be charged.
For cancellations two weeks before the congress, the ticket is no longer refundable.
Should the event be for whatever reason, canceled or eliminated, the participants will be reimbursed the participation fee in full.
Any costs incurred by participants due to the loss of the event, can not be refunded.
