Usability professionals to focus on multi-screen and wearables

A recent survey of 2,675 user experience professionals, including 69 from health and pharmaceutical companies, shows where these experts think their markets are heading. The overwhelming trend is towards multi-screen and

cross-channel experiences and those that incorporate wearable technologies into the mix.
