In 2013, ING Bank Turkey started an operational transformation process which covered re-development of internal softwares. Some of these softwares were approximately 15 years old and seen as the main reason for the low employee efficiency. Hakan helped to design the Core Banking application which includes over 2.000 transactions and being used by all employees.

User experience designer & researcher with a passion for working with users. After studying Communication Design at the Kadir Has University (Istanbul) first he started to work as User Experience Designer in Finansbank (National Bank Of Greece) and since 2013 he is working at ING Bank Turkey as Senior User Experience Designer & Researcher. During this period he participated many key projects for mobile, web and desktop platforms and had oppurtunity to apply practical knowledge of user-centered design and method standards to align user goals with business requirements and technical constraints to create satisfying user experiences with deep business understanding of finance and banking. Also he is the winner of World Experience Award 2014 with the core banking project of ING Bank Turkey.
