Matt Sharpe is the HCI Group Lead at NASA and doubles as the Deputy Manager of Data Integration for the vehicle replacing NASA’s Space Shuttle. Much of his experience has been focused on managing product teams and designing web products from inception through deployment for NASA’s manned space flight programs. The HCI group is tasked with helping NASA’s engineering teams make their information more efficiently utilized across the program lifecycle. Much of the work is focused on enterprise information systems, mobile applications, and forward leaning research towards a mission to Mars. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with an MS in HCI from Carnegie Mellon University.
