Since 2012 he has held various positions at Miles & More. Up until 2014 he was in charge of Miles & More’s strategy division where he had a leading role in the spin-off of the Miles & More loyalty program into an independent company. He also played a crucial role in defining the company’s strategy, including the realignment of the loyalty program. Additionally, he had also been responsible for identifying new products, business models and further growth opportunities.
Currently he is in charge of Miles & More’s Program Development as well as managing all Miles & More airline partnerships. This includes identifying and realizing new loyalty aspects, program features and products. In this regard he personally drives digital transformation for Miles & More forward.
Prior to joining Miles & More he worked in the consulting industry for five years. Working on various projects including companies such as Siemens, Daimler and Red Bull Media House helped him getting an extensive insight into the industry. During his time at Red Bull Media House he got valuable insights into the vision and philosophy of Content Marketing.
He studied at university of Graz and Gothenburg and is a graduate in Business Administration (M.Sc.).
