-Responsible for the design groups (Road and Hauler, Excavator, Loader and HMI and Service Design)

-Champion globally the Service Design department that addresses all the customer touch points (on sales tools as well as nomadic devices) and defining the role and responsibility of different stakeholders

-Foster a good cooperation with the change management group at Volvo CE to show why the design group should be an important stakeholder of the development of customer solutions

-Co-developed the dual brand strategy between Volvo and its price competitive brands (SDLG and Terex)

-Prepared for the new generation machine with a new design language that is a modern evolution of our award winning product identity


VOLVO CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, Team leader & Chief designer, (2012-jan 2014)

– Lead a team of designers & engineers responsible for the full range of road & hauler machinery globally

– Plan and track budget and resource need (from ideation to full working design model for 6 platforms)

– Create and implement global Volvo product development processes (inspired from the automotive) and best practices within the team

– Initiated and lead the human-machine interface development team and implement the usage of a common HMI platform company-wide globally
