Kari Peters is a Senior User Researcher at Booking.com, coach and international speaker, with specialist skills in e-commerce, travel, online media, banking and insurance.
Kari founded a successful UX Research, Strategy and Design company before merging with Clicks2Customers, a global data driven digital marketing performance agency, as the group’s Head of User Experience Research, Strategy and Design. Prior to that, she was the first UX Researcher and Content Strategist at South Africa’s largest e-commerce company.
Kari also has a background in leading tech teams as Group Head of Digital on brands O, The Oprah Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping and House & Leisure, and Digital Project Manager at Naspers (a global tech and entertainment group and one of the largest tech investors in the world).
When she’s not observing people, she runs coaching programmes in talent/career development and stress management.
