Design and design thinking is a commoditized and overused terminology today. In many places, design thinking is limited to a group of practitioners who are equipped with the methods, tools and great facilitation skills, and are often the heroes that drive innovation. This leaves a large part of an organization to be participants or mere spectators to this much sought-after practice. The true power of design in creating a culture shift is often under leveraged. In this talk, Vandhana shares her views and some practical advice on creating a movement in organizations where every single person becomes the champion of change and where design becomes a responsibility that every single person shares.
