Abstract
Developing an UX Strategy is a lot of work. Especially since many constraints, decision points, stakeholders (and especially those, that you are not thinking of in the first place), dependencies and such are not known or even documented. The workshop introduces the approach of UX Strategy as a holistic understanding of Human-centred Design within an organization, not only as a “Design” muscle, but employing idea of the Business Model Canvas. Adopting UX relevant aspects whilst interpreting general aspects with UX as focus the participants will be able to work towards a business-like landscape for UX within an organization, to understand UX as a strategic approach and push for ROI of UX.
