  • Learn about the daily pitfalls in an agile process and how to avoid them in your team
  • Gain insights on what worked and did not one year down the road

Description

User Experience Design is more and more becoming an integral part of most product development workflows. UX teams are getting better and more divers in their roles & responsibilities. Though product teams of all sizes struggle to implement UX design in their daily agile environment. The reason is that agile frameworks like Scrum do not really harmonize with the way product discovery works in todays product world.

This talk will give you an insight on how can User Experience Design become part of your agile process without falling back into a waterfall-like model. It will show you which pitfalls have to be taken care of during that process and how can you handle uncertain UX challenges in that new process?

In the 2019 update we not only going to have a look at the combined process, but also shed light on our learnings during the last year where I’ve implemented this process in a large product organization with different product teams.
