We are challenging with different situations in complex traditional systems. In this talk I will describe how human-centred innovation can help to build and implement better digital products and services to solve complex problems. When is a challenge an opportunity and when do we have to see it as a limitaion for our projects. We have to talk about a company wide thinking. How to transform a traditional complex company into a design thinking company will be content of my talk.
