“We are following an agile process” is one of the phrases you usually hear when working with a software development team.

In my presentation I talk about the role of agility in product development projects.
Does designing feature by feature work? How to plan UX tasks in stories? What is the agile UX process about? Is one sprint length enough? … are some of the questions that I will scratch and integrate in a Triple-Track AgileUX approach.
