Martin Dowson is a Design Leader at Lloyds Banking Group where he is currently Head of DesignOps. His personal mission is to Amplify the Awesome of Design, and his team enable Designers to get on with being awesome. Martin has worked in Design for 20 years starting out in Design Research, extending into Service Design and Speculative Design. As a Design Leader, he has been working with large-scale organisations to develop their in-house Design Capabilities. He moved in-house 4 years ago to take on full ownership of the challenge with an inspiringly human-centered company in a crucial and complex industry.
