Jane Murison is Head of User Experience and Design in BBC Future Media, looking after Design Research, Children’s, Knowledge & Learning and User Experience Architecture. Her teams design things like the CBeebies Playtime App, CBBC Go, BBC iWonder, and the design research practice looks after the research questions posed by 120 designers on every BBC digital product, from iPlayer to News to Music. With her colleagues in UX, she sets the strategy for the BBC’s online user experience, making it a consistent, usable and delightful place to be.
