Benedikt is program director of the master’s degree program User Experience Management at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien. He also co-founded the university’s usability lab in 2006 and supported as well as lead several research projects. Benedikt is part of the IEEE workgroup on personal health device communication and was a major contributor as well as vice chair of the “Overview” part of the IEEE Standard 11073-00103-2012.
Benedikt holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science as well as a master’s degree in information management and computer security, he focuses his research on realistic user testing, usability lab design and eye tracking.
