Clemens Lutsch

Clemens Lutsch, Head of UX Strategy at Centigrade. He was UX Manager at Microsoft. He works since 1994 in the field Usability / User Experience. He manages and develops strategic User Experience in the wide Microsoft partner ecosystem. The industrial anthropologist and trainer collaborates on a number of international standards in User Experience and Usability, Clemens was also in the Board of the GermanUPA for 2 years. He is editor of ISO 9241 Ergonomics of human-system interaction — Part 161: Guidance on visual user-interface elements and member of the Certification Counsel at Fraunhofer Institute.
