Before joining The LEGO Group, he held various managerial positions in the Marketing and Graphical Industry.
Building the UX organization and over time enabling the full IT Organization of 500 people to perform high quality UX in the development of The LEGO Groups internal applications is key to his current work. Fritz and his Team drives the adoption of the UX Mindset in The LEGO Groups Corporate IT organization. That includes a cultural change in the way software is developed, teaching the organization and displaying the benefits of UX.
