I am an engineer by profession. Entrusted with the task of spearheading the IoT transformation for Johnson Controls, a very traditional industrial company, I had to resort to changing the user experience of our products and services to win decisively in the market space. This is how I became a student and practitioner of user experience. I am writing a book on building an effective IoT ecosystem which among other topics does a deep dive into the discipline of user experience.
