Ioana Koglbauer

Ioana Koglbauer is a researcher and lecturer affiliated with Graz University of Technology, Austria. She is passionate about applying human factors and systems thinking for designing safer aviation and automotive systems. Ioana Koglbauer has conducted numerous research co-operations with the industry (e.g. Airbus, AVL List, Aviation Academy Austria) and has authored over 40 scientific publications. She received her PhD and habilitation in psychology from the University of Graz, Austria. She was a member of the Board of the Directors of the European Association of Aviation Psychology and the Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed journal Aviation Psychology and Applied Human Factors for 4 years.
