Minqing is a director of International User Experience and Design from Alibaba Group. She leads the design effort for Alibaba’s two global e-commcerce platforms: AliExpress, a retail marketplace, and Alibaba.com, a wholesale marketplace. Under the mission “to make business simple and delightful”, her teams are helping consumers and SMBs from more than 200 countries enjoy the convenience and value through global trade. Prior to Alibaba, Minqing worked at PayPal for years on major consumer and merchant product design efforts. She holds a MFA degree in Digital Media Arts from San Jose State University, USA.
