She has been working in respective industrial as well as research settings for over 25 years, in +500 relevant projects in numerous domains, favoring safety critical areas. She has authored books, is an internationally invited speaker and is engaged in industrial as well as university trainings to introduce UX to the broadest possible audience. Currently her prime interest lies on enhancing user experience work through insights of behavioral and cognitive psychology.
