Description

Enterprise design—especially B2B—tends to scare off designers faster than a broken coffee machine during a deadline. It’s often seen as the place where creativity goes to retire. Gray interfaces, endless tables, and enough acronyms to start a new language—what’s not to love? But here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to be that way. In this talk, I’ll share how I’ve tackled enterprise design challenges at Disney—yes, even the "un-magical" parts—and found ways to add surprise, delight, and just enough sparkle to keep both users and designers awake. My goal is to convince you that enterprise design doesn’t have to be boring. With the right approach (and maybe a little Disney magic), it can actually be fun. Not Space Mountain fun—but more like “you found the one friendly PM” kind of fun. No motion sickness, just a new way to look at B2B work.
