Based on insights derived from the McKinsey Design Index, they also tend to uplift revenue growth and total shareholder return, year over year. Usability professionals in Engineering (Product Experience), Corporate Functions (Employee Experience), in Sales and Marketing (Customer- and Brand Experience) are desperately needed to cooperate and lead the change in business transformation towards flawless and delightful experiences across all touchpoints people have with your brand. I am leading the SAP platform experience teams, a couple of hundred usability professionals working in business software platform engineering. In my talk I will share some stories, findings, insights.
