It is possible to get a late bird ticket during the conference but be aware that you just can pay via Credit Card (stripe).
Yes, at the end of the 2nd step „Personal Information“ of the registration process, is an option called „Different Recipient“, after selecting you can enter the information of the ticket recipient.
This year we don’t have digital tickets. After purchasing your ticket, you received an email from Swapcard (our platform for the virtual World Usability Congress) with further information.

We do offer discounts for groups of at least three people. If you are interested in a group discount contact us directly, since the discount depends on the size of the group.
You can change basic information like your name or company directly on Swapcard (you will receive an email after purchasing a ticket with a link to your account on our event platform).
In cases of other changes, please contact pegasus@worldusabilitycongress.com as soon as possible.
No, there is no refund if you can’t attend but participants can always nominate other people and transfer their tickets. These individuals then enter into the rights and obligations of the participants reversed.
